NEW! IZOLEP-epoline for use in chemical plants

VMP Holding has developed and produced an epoxyurethane composition IZOLEP-epoline with an isocyanate-type hardener and a high solid residue. The coating is resistant to UV radiation, mechanical stress, abrasive wear and the influence of aggressive media (gases, aqueous solutions of salts, short-term dousing with acids, alkalis, oil and oil products).

IZOLEP-epoline composition is intended for anti-corrosion protection of metal, reinforced concrete and other mineral surfaces of structures operated in an industrial atmosphere of all macro-climatic regions and categories of placement in accordance with GOST 15150.

It is used as an independent coating for the protection of steel structures and concrete operating in environments with a high degree of aggressiveness. Tinted according to the RAL catalog. Recommended for use at chemical and metallurgical facilities.

It has the conclusion report of the Solikamsk Construction Laboratory, which determines the corrosion resistance of the material. It has been established that the composition can withstand periodic dousing of wet metal: 20% solutions of urea and ammonium nitrate with a predicted service life of 10 years; 10% phosphoric acid - 9 years; 5% sulfuric acid - 8.5 years; 5% nitrogen - 7 years. As part of the tests, the composition retained its protective functions, having withstood 140-160 acid dousing cycles.

The composition has been successfully used for painting the outer surface of reactors and a metal platform (UNI-COSMETIC), painting concrete structures of the phosphorus complex (APATIT, PhosAgro) and other structures.
